9-Pin impact dot matrix printer. Receipt and validation printing, drop-in type roll paper feeding system, and ASB function. Cost-effective printer is designed to meet the high reliability, small footprint needs. A one-station, 9-pin dot matrix printer, features a fast print speed of 3.5 lines per second (lps) for 40 columns of print and 6.4 lps for 16 columns of print. Other features include semi-automatic paper loading, a built in drawer kick that allows two drawers to be driven and an MCBF of 37 million lines. Conforms to Epson's standard ESC/POSŽ (Epson Standard Code/ Point of Sale) command structure that standardizes all printer control codes for the point of sale market. Choice of Parallel or Serial Interface.
