Depot Maintenance Contracts

National Depot maintenance contracts for Eltron 2722/2742/Orion printers as well as Zebra Value Line (S and Z-series) and Performance Line (XI, XII, & XIII-printers). Contracts include unlimited repairs and standard return shipping costs on all parts and labor EXCLUDING printheads. Repairs on factory-installed options (rewinders, cutters, etc.) may involve additional time and material charges. Contracts do not cover repairs or replacement of parts due to: a) Unauthorized tampering with equipment, b) Use of equipment other than the use for which it was designed, c) Accidents or disasters including but not limited to fire, flood, lightning or neglect d) PC or mainframe connectivity issue, and e) Software issues. Depots are located in California and South Carolina.
